Insomnia

Sleep, as known to mankind, is a naturally occurring phenomenon that heals the mind and body. Unfortunately, today millions in the world long for a good night’s sleep. Advancements in science and technology have given us brighter days but with dark circles. As estimated by the National Institute of Health, 30% of the world population complain of sleep disruption, and 6% of them suffer from insomnia.
