Anger is a normal human emotion that arises due to stressful and threatening situations that we face every day. But when this emotion goes out of control, it becomes a concern for the person and for those around. Managing anger is important as it affects our relationships, career, physical and mental health.

People who do not know to express their anger in a healthy manner, burst out abruptly and become aggressive in behaviour. When left unattended over long-term, it produces high blood pressure, cardiac problems, cancer, stroke and other critical diseases. Anger management or coping up with anger is critically important in order to live a loving, healthy and peaceful life.
